Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Worthy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Worthy is
Worthy is a free, offline personal finance app for tracking expenses, income, budgets, and related insights. It is designed for personal use on your own device.
Worthy does not connect to banks, process payments, or provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Any information shown in the app is based on data you enter yourself and is for personal reflection only.
Your data
Your financial data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate cloud storage for your transactions or accounts. For details on how data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
- Use Worthy only for lawful personal purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
App updates
Worthy may receive updates over the air to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Updates deliver application code only — not your on-device financial data. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated app.
Disclaimer of warranties
Worthy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worthy and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or financial decisions made based on information in the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Worthy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
